In the given question we are given number of packets of candies(np)  and number of candies in each packet. 
We have to find is it possible to have same number of candies in each packet.
If it is possible we have to find the number of moves .
One move consists of taking one candy from a packet  and putting it into another one. 
If it is not possible to have the same number of candies in each packet , output the number -1. 
For i.e.
Suppose we have 4 packet of candies.
1st packet containing 5 candies.
2nd packet containing 3 candies.
3rd packet containing 2 candies.
4th packet containing 6 candies.
Here total number of candies  (5+3+2+6)=16
so to divide the candies  equally in each packet .Each  packet should contain 16/4=4  candies.
Therefore from 4th packet we will move 2 candy to 3rd packet  .
And  from 1st packet we will move 1 candy to 2nd packet .
Hence now all packets have 4 candies each.And we have moved 2 candies in 3rd packet and 1 candy in 2nd packet therefore total move  is 3.
 e.g.2
Suppose we have 2 packet of candies.
1st packet containing 2 candies.
2nd packet containing 3 candies.
Here total number of candies (2+3)=5.
so to divide equally each packet should contain 5/2=2.5
which is not possible.Hence we will print -1.
