**Short Explanation :-** Given a  number n (number of students it is either positive and negative) and given k (the k is minimum number to class continue)
                                             if  a[i] is negative so it is late and positive so student write time if positive is satisfy to k so class continue YES and NO class not continue.
                                             example n  = 5, arr[5] = {-1, 2, -1,3,1 } ,  k = 2;
                                            so ,  minimum  2 element are positive to class continue
                                            count the positive value so total number of positive value is 3 so class is continue YES
