Get the AM/PM, hours,minutes values from input.
Compare AM/PM:
  1. If one time is AM and one time is PM, then the AM time occurs first.
  2. If both times are AM or both times are PM, compare hours.If still equal then compare minutes.
 
**Note:** When using the string parsing approach, keep in mind that 12:01AM (one minute after midnight) comes before 11:01AM!
